FCBC 2023 Marriage Retreat has been a time. My husband and I have been so blessed by this retreat. Life Changing!! The Posey’s needed every bit of this.

It was inspiring to see over 100 black couples who all love God.

The speakers gave us so much wisdom and tools. All of the speakers were very transparent. We will be coming back next year. There were so many different generations and experiences. God is amazing!!

My weightloss journey has been just that. Today I can honestly say I believe sincerely that good health is wealth. I was an emotional eater for many years and my connection with food wasn’t healthy and needed to be challenged and changed. I have found ways to make healthy living fun and exciting!! I gave up several times along the way and that was a part of the process!! My journey continues and has its highs and lows but my mind is made up. Don’t give up on you!! Before and after below!
