This is how my weekend started. I got an opportunity of a lifetime. And, I brought along some Catfish Oh Boys & Soul Rolls. I had to go to the mountain top to get lamb chops. But, Lizzie Lou's Too - we made it happen.

Allot of people with a million followers move like it. Dyon Brooks was like cooking for a nephew I ainā€™t seen in a while. Him & his team are cooler than the other side of the pillow.
