Hey y'all!

I'm trying to find BIPOC/LGBTQ+ creatives who are interested in building a community. Where we can uplift, inspire, and help each other grow. This is why I wanted to start with a group chat and weekly/monthly zoom calls where we can share tips+tricks, and have a safe space to talk about our journeys.

It's been too normalized to say "I don't need anybody" but I honestly think that's not true.
Community is how humans thrive.

I just wanted to come on here and really express my gratitude for everyone who has supported me in this process of finding my purpose and doing what I love 🫶🏾

For everyone who is new…

My art is my way of reflecting on my spiritual journey. Almost every painting I’ve created shares a part of my growth. Learning how to love myself, letting go of old versions of me that are not the REAL ME, etc. I want to be able to share this with you all because I know it can inspire others to continue on their journey or simply start a new one.

This symbolizes the feeling of not being able to hold in everything anymore. Every breath you take and every word said can lead to this overflowing, overwhelming, rush of emotions. It comes to a point where you can’t hold it in anymore..

I’m very grateful for my ability to use my art as an outlet and to connect with others who feel the same.

If this resonates with you, I promise it’s ok to release those emotions. Cry it out, write it out, etc. it’s better than holding it all in.

INSP1R4TION series {PART 1}: Davon White (aka) My big brother 💕

- has really taught me so much growing up. That I can do anything that I put my heart and mind to. Davon is truly such a talented, loving, and inspirational person that I’m sure so many people look up to. He makes sure to give back to the community by helping small businesses build their brands, writing workshops to help others freely express themselves, programs for kids on the east side de to help them reach new horizons, and so on!! I am so amazed by all that he has done and he will continue to be my biggest motivation💗 Love you big bro!!

I wanted to start this series to really show my appreciation for the ones who have had a big impact on my life. As a sibling, mentor, guardian, community member, etc.
