My Jazz classes are designed for any adult of any age and capability. This low impact, energetic, sassy and fun style of dancing will boost your serotonin levels 😁
Theatrical style choreography designed to target those jiggly areas, tone and increase overall stamina and strength.

Wear comfortable clothing for both my ballet & jazz classes. No need to buy formal dance attire. Just so long as you're not tripping over the bottom of your pants.

𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗬𝗢𝗡𝗘 𝗜𝗡𝗤𝗨𝗜𝗥𝗜𝗡𝗚🩰....these would work perfectly fine for ballet class. They are on Amazon. Stelle or Capezio are 2 top affordable brands.
To order the right size, measure your foot on a piece of paper (Ballet flat sizes are generally not the same size as your street shoes) You can get any color you like 😊

First of all, our arms should never be bent 💯
I was still recovering from a patellar dislocation at the time so I was pushing myself in the most gentle way possible...hence the sloppy arms 😆🤣

Just two weeks away 🩰 My adult 𝐁𝐀𝐋𝐋𝐄𝐓 𝐅𝐈𝐓𝐍𝐄𝐒𝐒 class begins April 6th 😍 at Immanuel United Methodist Church You will be learning core values and techniques utilized in modern and contemporary ballet; including proper posture, foot and arm placement. During Lesson #1 (April 6th) you will be taught the fundamental warm-up routine for every class. The rest of class we will be choreographing dance routines to help build strength, balance and flexibility.

My classes are designed to create a low impact, challenging and FUN experience great for any adult of any age. You will FEEL the progress!!! "No pain, No gain" 💯 However, any pain you feel will be from targeting UNfamiliar muscles and will subside. I highly recommend stretching at home in between classes and taking my Wednesday night 𝐉𝐀𝐙𝐙 𝐅𝐈𝐓𝐍𝐄𝐒𝐒 class to maintain your progress.

Your physical/mental health and safety are my priority‼️𝗡𝗢 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗻 𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲!
