Last night was an unforgettable celebration of dance, community, and the people who continue to inspire our industry. We were honored to share the evening with so many remarkable artists and leaders, and deeply moved by the stories and work of Dancers Against Cancer.
Being recognized as a nominee was a meaningful honor for Gravity Dance Company. Over the past 12 years, our studio has continued to grow with one purpose at heart: to help dancers learn, thrive, and discover what they’re capable of. We believe success is found not only in awards, but in the growth, dedication, and confidence our dancers carry with them.
We’re proud to become an annual donor to Dancers Against Cancer and excited to involve our dancers in giving back to a cause bigger than dance. Through the art we love, we hope to help bring support and hope to people whose lives have been touched by cancer.
Thank you to Energy Dance Competition and Industry Awards for an inspiring evening and for recognizing Gravity. And to Doug Miller, whose hard work and commitment help make our studio possible, thank you for all you do for our dancers and our community.
