WCU Professors Travis Rountree and Heather Mae Erickson are excited to be bringing 10 WCU students / Pride Pots assistants down to Louisiana State University to partner with a whole bunch of awesome folx from the LSU: the Museum of Art, Ceramics, Baton Rouge Pride, LSU Library Special Collections, Ogden Honors College, Department of English, and Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Program to celebrate National Coming Out Day! We will hold 2 workshops and a panel discussion. We would πŸ’œπŸ’›πŸ’œ for you to take part if you are in the area!

tender / q***r is an Online Invitational Exhibition celebrating Pride Month through ceramics. It showcases the work of ceramic artists in the LGBTQ community who are deeply committed to their practice and to supporting the LGBTQ community at large. It has been guest curated by Dustin Yager. Participating artists include: Heather Mae Erickson, Phi Le, Anika Major, Shea Burke, Maya Vivas and Aaron Caldwell.
