Concerts on the Creek

Concerts on the Creek Concerts are every Friday night, 7 pm- 9 pm at the Bridge Park in Sylva NC, beginning Memorial Day through Labor Day. All concerts are free. 828-586-2155.

Free concerts every Friday evening at the Bridge Park in Sylva, North Carolina, starting on Memorial Day weekend, and ending on Labor Day weekend. Concerts start at 7 PM and end at 9 PM. We recommend you come early and take a leisurely stroll through downtown Sylva before the concert. You'll get the best parking this way, plus have time for a bite to eat or some shopping before the concert starts!

Tonight is the night! Join us for a night of live music in downtown Sylva, tonight at 7pm! Blending influences from both England and the United States, Ska City delivers a dynamic mix of rocksteady, dancehall, two‑tone, third‑wave ska, and punk. Ska music is a lively, rhythm‑driven genre that emerged in Jamaica in the late 1950s. It grew out of a fusion of Caribbean mento and calypso with American jazz and rhythm and blues, creating a signature sound defined by upbeat tempos, a steady walking bass line, and crisp offbeat guitar or piano accents.
