Starting Mondays in May, join instructor Heather Renee for a gentle and supportive All Trimesters Yoga class at Studio 505 in Sylva.
This class is designed for pregnancy, birth, and beyond. Heather is welcoming all stages, including preconception and postpartum. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or have an established practice, this space is for you.

This is a community-centered class with a suggested donation of $5–15, and no one will be turned away for lack of funds. Little ones are always welcome to come along.

The Hooping Hour at Studio 505: Creating a community of hoopers!
Come join and explore adult hooping with large and small hoops for fun and exercise!
This is not a formal class, just an open hour for hooping and sharing. There will be a few hoops provided, but you’ll want your own in no time! You can find hoops just about anywhere online: etsy, Hoopologie, and even Walmart!
Most Sundays in March & April, 1-2 p.m. at Studio 505 in
