Check out the mural currently on loan on the second floor of the library! This mural was created by the NIU Latino Resource Center to represent Colombia at our "8 Countries in 1 Day" event earlier this month. It will remain on display throughout National Hispanic Heritage Month (September 15—October 15).

Art In The Park welcomes Naperville painter, Andrew Dykun.

Andrew’s style falls within the field of modern abstract paintings with hints of psychedelic, optical geometric and street art. All art is on stretched canvas and most mediums include acrylic paint, aerosol, epoxy and more.

Sycamore Wood Work Artist Don Carlson will be joining us on October 1st in Sycamore at Art In The Park!

Don says he turns the discarded into artistic works. Made from wood, stone and other media, they make very unique conversation starters and gifts.

He incorporates reused, repurposed or renewable resources into his work. Items such as lumber mill scrap, old firewood, thrift shop finds, hardwood flooring scrap, old decks, garbage picking, etc.

Stop by Don’s booth from 10:30 AM to 4:30 PM to see and purchase his gorgeous creations.

Sycamore’s 1st Annual Art In The Park welcomes Chicago Mixed Media Artist, Jason Miller.

Jason’s work features Chicagoscape in image and artifact. Authentic Chicago dumpster magnet tags, fauxtique manhole covers, faux banksy concrete fragments, Great Lakes rust magnet and pinhole photography on metal.
