I stand by three philosophies: All bodies are good. All Bodies are Welcome. No exceptions. I have always loved to draw. It’s a been great passion of mine, ever since I was little. And I sat down to draw one day and had a thought that had never occurred to me before. In all of the art classes I have taken, I was never taught how to draw real people. I was only ever taught to draw mannequins and perfect figures with little to no imperfections or distinguishing looks, no cellulite or dimples or freckles or stretch marks. And I’ve made it my goal going forward to change that because there’s so much real beauty in the world that exists outside of those pre-determined boundaries that deserves to be recognized. By the end of 2022 I plan to publish an all inclusive coloring book for adults, featuring real people doing real things. This project is open to people of all genders, sexualities, nationalities, races, disabilities both visible and not and everyone else. Submissions are allowed to be a little racy, but do not have to be. I want to see you at your happiest, your safest, your most powerful self, whether that be on your couch, at the park, with your service animal or mobility aid, or even the bedroom. I want you to embrace whatever makes you unique. As of right now I am looking for approximately 20-35 more models for my coloring book. Everyone who participates will receive their own copy of their coloring page, a dedicated page in the coloring book with their own bio, and the chance to see themselves captured on paper at their best moments, for free. All I ask in return is to use your likeness to draw for my book, so that I can teach myself how to draw…well…you. The only rules are simple but strict. No children or minors. No hard drug use (cannabis ok, wine/champagne/etc. ok if over 21). No violence and no genuine nudity. That’s it. If you are interested, please fill out the form titled "Consent Form" in the Pinned Post at the top of this page, and send it back to me for approval. Once I receive your form, I will reach out to you to discuss what ideas or themes would capture you and your personality the best. Typically I recommend selecting 3-5 of your best photos for reference. If you are unsure of how you would like to be portrayed, we can discuss options and narrow it down when the time comes. No pressure! Please be aware, that although the consent form is a contract, you are able to back out at ANY time, right up to the finalization stages, and before publication. You will still retain rights to your art page and photos, even if the drawings are completed. I want to ensure that everyone is comfortable with the entire process, so if something doesn't feel right, and you need to change your mind, that's ok! Please also feel free to reach out to me, any time, if any concerns or questions arise. Lastly, if you have any sort of disability that requires accommodations or assistance, I will help to the best of my ability. or there is anything in the form that doesn’t make sense or you need elaborated on, please please please ask me. I am more than willing to walk you through it or accommodate you to the best of my ability.
