Some worries feel so loud that they take up the whole day.

What other people think. What they might do next. A message left unanswered. Something that happened last week. Something that hasn’t even happened yet.

It’s hard, especially when you care deeply. But not every worry needs an answer from you.

When things feel overwhelming, it can help to come back to what is actually in your control:

How you speak to yourself.
How you respond.
Where you put your energy.
The boundaries you set.
What you say yes or no to.
The next small thing you do.

You can’t control someone else’s mood, choices or understanding of you. But you can pause, breathe, and choose what protects your peace today.

That isn’t giving up. It’s putting your energy where it can make a difference.

A huge thank you to everyone who attended today’s 6th Annual Community Pumpkin Labyrinth. Thank you to all the MVU and Swanton School volunteers, Chief Brenda Gagne, Swanton Public Library, Swanton Recreation, Corn Maze at Lazy Lilac Farm, Gagne Farm Stand, Opioid Relief Funds & local donors who helped make this event possible! We had nearly 100 attendees with lots of smiling faces. Any remaining pumpkins will be distributed to local organizations and groups.
