🌟 MEET THE CAST: DARRELL J. JORDAN as Dandini 🌟

We're delighted to feature one of Opera Vermont's favorite baritones, Darrell J. Jordan, back to Opera Vermont in the role of Dandini, the Prince's valet!

Praised for his "shining, beautiful voice" and "large, velvety voice with slapstick mastery," Dr. Jordan has been called "the star of the show" and brings both vocal brilliance and comedic timing to every role. With a D.M.A. in Voice Performance from the University of Washington, he's performed over 50 roles across the United States, and many leading roles with Opera Vermont!

Dandini is one of Darrell's favorite roles, and we could not imagine a better artist for Opera Vermont's production after his acclaimed performances in Opera Vermont's La Bohème and Ariadne auf Naxos! His ability to balance gut-busting humor with genuine musicality makes him perfect for this charming character who helps orchestrate Prince Ramiro's happiness!

🎭 MEET THE CAST: ERIN SURA as Tisbe 🎭

Introducing Erin Sura, our talented mezzo-soprano bringing Tisbe, Cenerentola's other stepsister, to life!

A Wisconsin native and student of renowned voice teacher Carlene McMonagle, Erin has performed with the Florentine Opera Company and New York Opera Forum, as well as Opera Vermont's 2023 production of La Cenerentola. She's been featured in major operatic roles and concert performances, showcasing her versatility across the repertoire!

Erin's recent performances in Puccini's "Tosca" and Mozart's "Così Fan Tutte" have demonstrated her ability to bring both vocal beauty and dramatic presence to the stage. In La Cenerentola, her rich mezzo-soprano and hysterical comedic timing make Tisbe a delightful foil to her sister Clorinda, creating hilarious moments and beautiful music throughout the opera!

We're thrilled to feature Corrie Lotito, our dynamic mezzo-soprano, in the role of Alidoro, Cinderella's fairy-godparent!

Praised for their "rich sound" and "remarkable agility," Mx. Lotito has performed lead and supporting roles with Opera Naples, Opera Idaho, Pittsburgh Festival Opera, Indianapolis Opera, and many others. A 2023 Metropolitan Opera Laffont Competition winner, Corrie brings both vocal excellence and theatrical depth to every performance.

Their flexible mezzo voice and ability to negotiate complex Rossinian passages with ease make them perfect for this pivotal role, and a perfect debut with Opera Vermont! As Alidoro, Corrie will guide Rachel Deatherage's Cinderella through her transformation and helps orchestrate the magical events of the evening for all of us!

🎭 MEET THE CAST: ERIC SEBEK as Prince Ramiro 🎭

Introducing Eric Sebek, our charming tenor bringing the Prince to life in La Cenerentola after his star turn as the Knight in La Fata del Nord with Opera Vermont in September 2025!

A graduate of Montclair State University with a BFA in Music Theatre, Eric has performed on some of New York City's most prestigious stages, including Carnegie Hall, 54 Below, and Broadway Sessions. He's known for his versatility, having performed in everything from The Radio City Christmas Spectacular (with the Rockettes!) to contemporary opera productions.

Eric's recent operatic debut as Rinuccio in Gianni Schicchi showcased his growing mastery of the operatic repertoire. His warm and brilliant tenor voice and engaging stage presence make him the perfect match for our Cinderella's romantic journey!
