About the Role:
We’re seeking an ambitious Insurance Producer to join our team. No prior insurance experience is required—just a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the ability to obtain the necessary license. We provide training, support, and mentorship to set you up for success.
What You’ll Do:
Build and maintain relationships with clients to assess their insurance needs
Educate customers on home, auto, flood, and other personal lines of insurance
Generate leads through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach
Provide exceptional customer service and follow up with clients
Stay informed on industry trends and carrier products
What We’re Looking For:
Self-Starter: You take initiative, set goals, and work independently to achieve them
People Person: You enjoy connecting with others and building lasting relationships
Coachable: You’re open to feedback, eager to learn, and adaptable to training
Ability to obtain a Property & Casualty insurance license (we will assist the right candidate)
Strong communication and sales skills
