🚨New Teacher!🚨 We are so excited to welcome Bailee to Swansboro Dance Studio!!
At 5 years old, she started her dance training in ballet and tap, and then jazz, which is where her love of dance truly began. For the next 13 years, she trained in all styles of dance at Dance Theatre of Jacksonville where she competed for 10 years with their Protege and Elite Companies! After graduating high school, Bailee was accepted into the CLI Conservatory and moved to Massechussets to continue her dance training. During the Conservatory’s 10 month training program, she trained with over 150 renowned instructors including Teddy Forance, Martha Nichols, Riley Watts, and Brian Nicholson. While there, she also attained certification as an acro instructor. After graduating CLI Conservatory, Bailee returned to Jacksonville, NC and began working as a dance and acro teacher, while continuing to audition for dance opportunities. She is excited to share her knowledge and love of dance with the next generation while pursuing her dream of becoming a professional dancer.

From first tiny costumes to their final recital bows — what a journey it’s been. These seniors started with big dreams in small shoes, and have grown into strong, confident dancers who leave their mark every time they step on stage. Watching them hold up their first costumes reminded us just how far they’ve come, and how quickly time moves in this world we love.

Their last recital may be over, but the memories, friendships, and lessons they’ve built here will stay long after the lights go down. We are so proud of everything they’ve accomplished and even more excited to see where life takes them next. Once a dancer, always a dancer.
