Are you a fan of puzzles, mysteries, and theatrical fun? We’re looking for a friendly, outgoing, and energetic individual to join our team as a Game Master and Axe Throwing Coach at our popular venue!

As a Game Master and Axe Coach, you’ll guide guests through immersive escape room experiences — setting the scene, monitoring gameplay, offering hints, and resetting rooms between groups. Training guests on the proper technique of axe throwing and safety etiquette while ensuring a safe and fun environment. The role is perfect for someone who loves engaging with people and paying attention to the little details that create a big impact. As an Axe Throwing Coach, you will

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

A people person with a positive attitude and great communication skills

Detail-oriented and able to follow/reset game setups precisely

Comfortable speaking in front of groups and managing game flow and axe throwing events

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

Available to work evenings and weekends (our busiest times)

🎮 Responsibilities Include:

Greeting and briefing guests before their games

Monitoring gameplay and offering clues when needed

Resetting rooms and maintaining game props

Coaching and teaching proper axe throwing techniques and safety

Creating a fun, memorable experience for every team and guest

Experience is great, but we’re happy to train the right person. A passion for immersive experiences and customer service is a must!
