The AUDACITY of this management team. 💀😂

POV: You send your boss a message expecting:

“OMG QUEEN!!! 👑✨ You are absolutely SLAYING. You work SO hard. Take the rest of the day off. Actually, take tomorrow too. You deserve the WORLD. 💅”

And instead you get…

👍

JUST. A. THUMB. 👍

Ma’am. I was looking for praise, validation, a paid vacation, and possibly a raise. NOT A DIGITAL THUMB. 😭

The emotional damage is immeasurable. The workplace morale is in SHAMBLES. HR has been notified. (Unfortunately, HR is also the boss.) 💀

Anyway, see you at my next shift because apparently “👍” means “great, now get back to making lattes.” ☕😂

POV: Your coworkers have officially crossed the line from coworkers to siblings. 💀☕️

At some point, the professional relationship just DISAPPEARS. 😂

One minute you're making lattes together, the next you're arguing like two sisters fighting over who got to sit in the front seat in 2007. 😭

The disrespect. The dramatic reactions. The absolutely UNNECESSARY attitude. 🤣

HR? Never met her.
Management? Probably started it.
Team bonding? THIS IS TEAM BONDING. 💅

For legal reasons, we promise we actually love each other. 😂🫶 And no, nobody at 2540 is actually getting called names like this. We're just a little too comfortable with each other. 💀

☕✨ Good coffee. Good people. A greater purpose.

Morning coffee. Death defeated. Jesus still changing lives. 🤍

Around here, coffee is what we serve, but community, connection, and the love of Jesus are why we do it.

Every cup poured, every conversation shared, every person who walks through our doors is part of something bigger than coffee.

Because sometimes the smallest moments create the biggest impact. A warm cup. A welcoming smile. A place to belong.

And that's what 2540 is all about. ☕✨

Jesus • Community • Coffee.

Come as you are. Stay a while. There's always a place for you here.

GOOD BOSS vs. BAD BOSS: 2540 Edition. ☕️💀

When management is trying to present a united front… but apparently nobody discussed the script beforehand. 😭

🗣️ “We’re not mad. We’re just disappointed.”

🔥 “No. We’re mad.”

😇 “Okay, we’re LIVID… but we’re gonna let this one slide.”

🚨 “NO, WE’RE NOT.”

💀 “I’M NOT A MIND READER, DAVID!”

At this point, the employees aren't even in trouble anymore. They're just watching a live performance of a management disagreement. 🍿😂

Two bosses. Two VERY different management styles. One coffee shop. Absolutely zero communication.

Come for the coffee. Stay for the workplace sitcom. ☕️
