Beef ribs (plate ribs) smoked low and slow at 225° for about 7 hours spritzed with IPA. Covered in tin with remaining beer to finish them off. Pulled and rested when prob tender at 203°. Used Traeger rub and black Saskatchewan for beautiful bark.
