Petition to access recreational facilities for a π§π¨π¦π’π§ππ₯ πππ in Sunriver OR
Did you know since 2012 the general public should have had access to all recreational facilities offered by Sunriver Owners Association, including SHARC (homeowners water park) for a π§π¨π¦π’π§ππ₯ πππ?
Since 1995 Sunriver Homeowners Association has held a 501(c)(4) tax-exempt status with the IRS, with the condition that any service available through its recreational facilities must be provided to the general public at a nominal fee.
This petition demands Sunriver drop their commercial rates to access their water park facilities and allow the general public to have a nominal fee rate for access.
