Sunriver Music Festival is committed to expanding the audience for classical music by nurturing the next generation of artistic talent and by presenting a world-class musical experience for Central Oregon residents and visitors. Artistic Director & Conductor Brett Mitchell currently leads the landmark Summer Festival every August with professional orchestra musicians from throughout the United States and world-class soloists.

There is no other flamenco group in the world with a sound quite like this! The band gets its name from the writings of Federico Garcia Lorca who describes art and the creative process as something that requires risk-taking and danger, like "dancing on the rim of the well".

Join the Sunriver Music Festival for Classical Concert IV, a spectacular season finale celebrating American masterworks and Romantic brilliance.

Acclaimed violinist Tessa Lark returns after dazzling audiences last season, performing Edgar Meyer's bluegrass-inspired Violin Concerto. The program also features Aaron Copland's beloved Appalachian Spring, one of the most iconic American orchestral works ever written, before concluding with Schumann's radiant Symphony No. 1, "Spring," as conductor Brett Mitchell brings the Festival's summer season to a joyful close.

We're beyond excited to introduce bass-baritone Timothy Jones!

Known for his rich, resonant voice and engaging stage presence, Timothy has performed with ensembles including The Cleveland Orchestra, Dallas Symphony Orchestra, and Houston Symphony. The Boston Globe hailed his voice as "stentorian and honeyed" and the Chicago Tribune called his "complete connection with the text extraordinary."
