As we light the Chanukah candles this year, we do so in a world that feels especially heavy. Recent acts around the globe remind us how fragile life can be, and how deeply we need connection and community.
Chanukah teaches us that even the smallest light can push back great darkness. At JAFCO, we are fortunate to witness that truth every day in the courage, laughter, and resilience of the children we are privileged to support and care for. These moments, often quiet and unseen, are the miracles that sustain us.
This season, we extend our deepest gratitude to you. Your generosity, compassion, and steadfast belief in our mission make these miracles possible. Because of you, children find safety, healing, hope, and the chance to shine even when the world feels uncertain at times.
