Owl Vision LLC is a premier lighting design and special effects company based out of Santa Clara, serving San Francisco / Bay Area. We excel in every element of the nightclub, concerts, weddings, and corporate production design. Owl Vision offers the full repertoire of production including: AV and Lighting design, lasers, and special effects packages with confetti cannons, co2 jets, streamers, low lying fog, and more. With residencies in historic venues and top tier nightclubs across the west coast, and a diverse range of creative and corporate clients, our talented team can do it all! Our team of experienced lighting and audio designers along with event coordinators, videographers, and electricians, work seamlessly to build events from the ground up. Every event is site and company specific to create a once in a lifetime experience. Owl Vision is truly a one stop shop for producing unforgettable events. We are a production company offering lighting / audio / video / sfx packages with the ability to source vendors and create complete budget sheets to make accounting as simple as celebrating. One year later, and we’re still blown away by what it took to bring BXB to life.

8,000 attendees. 1,000,000 square feet transformed. 75+ vendor partners. 20 days of installation. 7 months of planning. An incredible amount of coordination, creativity, and ex*****on behind one unforgettable experience.

Owl Vision was proud to deliver full-scale Show Technical Crew, Audio, Video, and Lighting production across the arena and outdoor spaces, powering live performances, presentations, and the many moments in between.

We’re honored to have been part of something this ambitious, and even more proud of what we created together.

St. Joseph’s Cathedral, transformed for a dream themed holiday party. Custom LED Pixel Mapped Clouds, an interactive dream projection phone booth, full dome and side wing projection mapping, and dramatic architectural lighting.

A look back on this incredible week of production.

Cursor Compile 2026 took off with SpaceX's staggering $60 billion acquisition, with lots of eyes on this important moment! We delivered Audio, Video, and Lighting production for the momentous occasion, supporting both the main keynote at the Cowell Theater and the expo activation at Gateway Pavilion.

For the keynote, we installed a 2.6mm LED video wall encased with a sleek black custom-fabricated frame, supported by over 16 channels of ProRes recording and six Panasonic 4K UE160 cameras to capture every keynote, announcement, and conversation with broadcast-quality precision.

Across Gateway Pavilion, we deployed full lighting coverage, Demo displays, and audio coverage upstairs and downstairs, along with a stunning 1.2mm LED display framed with custom woodwork that became a centerpiece of the activation space.

From weeks of planning to a full week onsite executing every detail, this project was a true team effort. Huge thanks to everyone involved in making it happen!

At the Midway for ILLUM Block Party 2026 featuring deadmau5 and NERO, our video team deployed PTZ camera systems, video processing, switchers, and controllers to power the massive LED video wall throughout the show.

2026 San Jose Sharks Draft Party at SAP Center! 🦈💙

We provided the streamer effect that marked the night's biggest moments. Thousands of streamers filled the arena, creating an unforgettable experience for fans and the organization alike.

Sometimes it's the finishing touch that turns a great moment into an iconic one.

Ashby One 2026 at The Midway was one of our largest productions of the year—and one we’re incredibly proud to have delivered.

Our team handled full venue production, anchored by a massive 74’ x 12’ LED video wall in the main room, complete with live-streaming, professional audio, lighting, staging, and custom floating LED cube installations that transformed the space.

Beyond the main stage, we produced multiple breakout rooms, an outdoor experience audio package, and handled venue-wide power distribution along with architectural uplighting to ensure every space delivered a seamless experience from start to finish.

Projects of this scale take months of planning, an exceptional crew, and meticulous ex*****on. Huge thanks to everyone involved in bringing Ashby One 2026 to life.

For this year’s Town School for Boys Fall Bash at August Hall, we helped transform the venue with custom entrance lighting, illuminated décor, and laser effects that brought the event’s galactic theme to life.

Our pleasure to support another Planned Parenthood fundraiser, this time at Channel 24 in Sacramento. We provided a complete production package including LED video walls, crystal clear audio, camera systems, and venue accent lighting with uplights.

From presentations and fundraising moments to guest experiences, our team helped create an environment that was both polished and engaging while ensuring every message was seen and heard clearly.
