I am describing here a bit, what are the inspiring ideas behind these artworks -
1. MICA Letters - Idea used ( Color palette of MICA + MICA Letters )
I have used MICA color palette in the background & initials of MICA on it.
The one which has MICA initials on it, the idea behind it is, as a graduate student of MICA UXD program, I am super glad & enjoying every course. Obviously, for the work, projects, learning, workshops, assignments,etc, I am associated with MICA. I have learned so many things till now & working with different personalities (professors) is just an amazing experience. This is my first master's degree in the US, so MICA is special for me.
2. Art & Artist - Idea used ( Paste Color Tube with Brush + Watercolor sheet + Acrylic colors + Tulip Flowers Painting with bee on it )
I have used watercolor sheet, acrylic colors & painted tulip flowers. Also used an actual color tube with a brush which showcases my art love.
The one which has flowers painted on it, the idea behind it is, Along with UX designer, I am also a selfmade & passionate visual artist. 👩🎨 In everyday life, I do all kinds of painting, crafting, sketching, & so many creative things, etc. This was the best part I can reflect on this tiny disk about one of my daily activities or hobbies other than worklife.
3. Abstract Acrylic Pouring Art - Idea used ( Acrylic paint and medium or pre-mixed pouring paints. And creates beautiful abstract art which looks like the "Earth" )
Acrylic pouring is a wonderful liquid painting method in which the acrylic paint is poured into each other or tilted onto the canvas and disseminated by tilting the painting surface. It is particularly popular with beginners as it allows artists to create quick paintings with dramatic, contemporary results. Great color Effects is one of the key reasons as to why acrylic pouring is becoming popular; this is because one is able to achieve great effects with different colors. To relieve stress, I often use pouring which offers a great way to engage, quickly soothe & heal the mind.
