The weather is warm and pleasant again and it would be unforgivable to miss such a beautiful day on the beach. One of the points on my 2023 self care plan is to spend more time outside and connect with nature. Through personal experiences, I finally learned that the benefits of connecting with nature are tremendous ranging from positive energy boost to artistic inspiration. Now with the plan in hand, the consistency is the key to succeed.

I am still impressed my unpredictability of alcohol inks… This painting that started as a floral abstract transformed into a touching scene of a mother holding her baby. I guess this is a subconscious desire for connection, love and acceptance or perhaps you something else in it.
