Lifeguard officially off-duty!🛟

After several years of making a splash at PAC, we’re saying a bittersweet goodbye to our Head Lifeguard, Alex, as she wrapped up her final summer with us!

From keeping our pools safe to helping create a welcoming experience for our members, Alex has been such an important part of the PAC team.

While we’ll miss seeing her around PAC, we’re so excited for her next chapter!

A huge thank you to everyone who competed in our Summer Open Racquetball Tournament this past weekend.

Byeonhwa Tang Soo Do is immensely proud to announce the recent rank promotions of our dedicated Little Dragon and Gup Students!

Every student has demonstrated commitment to our three purposes: Health, Self-Defense, and Becoming a Better Person.

Earning a new belt is a true milestone that represents hours of sweat, focus, discipline, and perseverance on the training floor.

These students also recently competed at the World Tang Soo Do Championships, where they had the opportunity to compete and train with martial artists from around the world! Congratulations to everyone who participated!

Keep up the phenomenal work, set your sights on your next goals, and continue to train with spirit and honor. Tang Soo!
