After an incredible and successful 2026, the Chandler International Film Festival (CIFF) is excited to continue growing in Chandler, Gilbert, and Tempe, Arizona.

For us, it is about more than film. It is about promoting art, cinema, music, culture, and connection—while giving our international guests and visitors from across the United States the opportunity to discover and experience these three amazing Arizona cities.

Vanessa has been part of the CIFF family for the past four years. She first joined us as a dedicated volunteer and, through her commitment and leadership, became the Head of our Volunteer Team. We are thrilled to welcome Kristine Bartolome Kristine Joy Yabut Bartolome to Chandler International Film Festival (CIFF) Board of Directors!

Kristine began her CIFF journey two years ago as a volunteer. What started as a desire to support the festival has grown into a meaningful commitment to film, culture, and community—leading her to take on this new leadership role.

A proud Chandler resident, community leader, and healthcare professional, Kristine brings valuable experience in education, compliance, stakeholder engagement, and organizational leadership. She currently serves as Vice President for Membership of the Philippine American Chamber of Commerce of Arizona and as Board Director of Finance for Las Damas de Rizal – Arizona Chapter.

Kristine believes in the power of film and storytelling to celebrate diversity, inspire understanding, and bring people together.

It is our pleasure to welcome
Kelly Schwab to the Chandler International Film Festival.
About: she served as the City Attorney and Risk Manager for the City of Chandler from November November 2016 to July 2026, overseeing the City’s Law Department and working directly with the Mayor and City Council.

With an impressive career in municipal law, leadership, and community service, Kelly has represented cities throughout Arizona and has extensive experience in civil litigation, public entities, employment, civil rights, and construction law.

Kelly has received numerous professional honors, including the Distinguished Municipal Attorney Award and the 2026 Career Achievement Award from the Arizona City Attorneys Association.

Kelly has also been a valued supporter of the Chandler International Film Festival, presenting awards at CIFF for the past three years. We are truly honored to have her with us today.
