A multi-cultural festival celebrating island dance and music around the world, held each year in Arizona's West Valley! There are contests, giveaways, dance and music workshops given by the performers, craft activities for all ages, and a singles corner for marriage minded individuals.

If you are single, have you ever attended an event and wanted to
know who is single, available, and marriage minded like you are? The West Valley Island Cultural Festival is having a Singles Corner for marriage minded individuals looking for a significant other. The Singles event will take place before the festival at 10:30 AM. There you will be greeted by the host that will get you talking and acquainted. Perhaps you may find your “better half’ at the festival.

Single women are encouraged to wear a flower behind their right ear (a Hawaiian custom to let men know that you are single) and single men are encouraged to wear a green maile lei.

West Valley Island Cultural Festival is accepting applications for performers (musicians, dancers, storytellers) for Sunday, November 6, 2016. The performers can be amateur, beginners, special needs, and professionals. The deadline is October 9, 2016. Applications will still be taken after the deadline, but it will be on a first come basis. We do hope to see you and/or your group perform at the festival! Participation in the festival is voluntary.
