We had a wonderful time at the private screening of A Relative Comedy – and now we'd like to invite you to a special fundraising event to support Vivid's first ever feature film.

As independent filmmaking is truly a community effort, this event will help support our ongoing festival submissions, distribution efforts, and final production costs. It's an intimate night of music, film, and conversation celebrating the journey of bringing this movie to life. Director Laura Ekstrand and composer Dan Crisci will share behind-the-scenes stories, Dan will perform selections from the score, and we will showcase exclusive clips. Guests will also enjoy light hors d'oeuvres in a relaxed, cabaret-style atmosphere.
