Rocking out with my les paul guitar at first just a groove then I decided to sing over the groove and came up with something that could def be a cool metal song even did a fry scream at the end vocals are coming along nicely! Don't listen if you don't like cussing this is the first recording off the top of the head calling it "im not taking anymore"

Thank you, universe music and to anyone whose supported my music journey over the years.
Since i created Matthew Crissman Music in 2016 ive gained over 1300 likes and followers and since I put myself out there singing and performing live, Ive met and befriended countless songwriters producers and musicians, many of whom I consider close friends and all talented. I quit ci******es and hard drugs, released two singles, 'A Light Inside You' and 'Don't Let Go', both of which made it on the radio and were played a few times and they were on two different stations, 98Rock and 105.5 in Charleston, SC. I also recorded and released a music video for 'A Light Inside You'. I performed gigs all over the charleston area about 100 or so and ive performed at numerous open mics and local festivals i was interviewed and performed on tv the local news (Fox 24 with Leyla Gulen). I was also the Songwriter of the Month at one point thanks to Mufic and was also featured in the Summerville newspaper and a few podcast.

Ppl will project their insecurities onto you thell make you feel inferior or small to make themselves feel better or superior thell tell you they love you in order to use you for personal gain and thell say you think your better then them bc of your ambition or your boundaries while in reality they think they are better than you ppl will even be jealous/envious of your aura sometimes its not about what you have materially its about what you carry on the inside don't let anybody dim your light or steal your energy guard your spirit ferociously family friend whoever make them rise up to meet you and if they can't they shouldn't be apart of your inner circle

Got a songwriter showcase coming up on June 9th ill be performing a few originals whoop whoop and possibly have a few gigs lined up waiting too hear back also working on some new originals and going thru old originals seeing how i can improve them and working on some new cover songs if you have any requests let me know and ill do my best to learn it stay tuned much more too come from Matthew Crissman Music
