Skip the afternoon traffic, crowded evenings, and packed schedules. Our Homeschool Dance Program gives your child a fun, active, and social outlet right in the middle of their homeschool day.

Dance is about so much more than learning steps. It's building confidence, making friendships, expressing creativity, and developing skills that support learning both inside and outside the classroom.

Whether your child is brand new to dance or already loves to move, they'll find a welcoming community where they can grow, learn, and have fun.

💛 One year ago, Dance Moves Nexton opened its doors with a simple goal: to create a place where dancers of all ages could learn, grow, build confidence, and find community.

What a year it has been!

We've celebrated friendships, performances, milestones, and so many unforgettable memories.

To every dancer, parent, adult student, teacher, and family who has been part of our first year—thank you. Your support has helped create a community where confidence grows, friendships flourish, and a love of dance is shared every day.

As we celebrate this milestone, we're excited for what's ahead! Summer camps and classes for kids are happening now, our adult classes continue year-round, and Fall 2026–2027 youth registration is officially open.

Our First Youth Company audition had such an amazing turnout, and we are beyond excited for this upcoming season. Seeing so many passionate dancers in the room made us even more excited to grow this program and create something really special together. 🤍

We are so proud of every dancer who came out and gave it their all, and we cannot wait to watch these groups grow throughout next season!

Adult dancers, this one’s for you ✨

To keep our adult classes running consistently, we do require a minimum number of dancers enrolled. If an adult class only has 2 dancers registered by Noon on the day of class, that evening’s class will be canceled.

Classes that continue to experience low enrollment or repeated cancellations may also be removed from our adult schedule moving forward. We absolutely love offering these classes and want to continue growing our adult program, but we need your support to keep them going 🤍

If there’s a class you’ve been loving, make sure to register early, stay consistent, and invite your friends to dance with you! Your attendance truly makes a difference. ✨

Dance Moves of Charleston is teaming up with Abstract Art SC for an unforgettable Art + Dance Camp experience!

Each day, campers will enjoy a dance class followed by a hands-on art project led by Jagger, owner of Abstract Art SC. This creative collaboration gives kids the chance to move, create, and express themselves all in one place. We cannot wait to spend the week dancing, creating, and making memories together! 🎨💃🖌️
