It’s hard to believe it’s already been almost a week since the first West Virginia Fire Expo!

We had an awesome weekend and loved getting to meet so many of you.

If you took any pictures during the expo, post them in the comments. We’d love to see the event through your eyes!

Also, if you have any ideas or suggestions for next year, let us know below. We’re already talking about ways to make it even bigger and better.

And trust us… we’re just getting started.

And that’s a wrap on the first West Virginia Fire Expo. We’re truly blown away by the turnout, the support from vendors, breakout session speakers, and the number of fire departments represented by their members throughout the weekend. It was great to see so many members of the fire service from across the state come together under one roof.

What started as an idea turned into an incredible weekend of networking, education, fellowship, and support for the fire service. We hope this is just the beginning, and we look forward to seeing the Expo continue to grow year after year.

Thank you to everyone who attended, visited the vendors, participated in the events, and helped make this first year such a success.

Be sure to keep an eye on our page next week. We may have something big in the works. 😉

Tomorrow is the final day of the West Virginia Fire Expo, and it’s also Father’s Day.

As our weekend comes to a close, some of our vendors have headed home to spend Father’s Day with their families, and we completely understand. We appreciate them being part of our first Expo and wish them a wonderful day with their loved ones.

We are grateful to every vendor, exhibitor, volunteer, sponsor, and attendee who helped make our first Expo a success. The support shown over the last three days has been incredible.

To celebrate Father’s Day, admission tomorrow from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM will be completely free.

Whether you’ve been with us all weekend or are planning to stop by for the first time, we hope you’ll join us as we close out the inaugural West Virginia Fire Expo.

Happy Father’s Day, and thank you for being a part of it.

We have vendors set up, attendees walking through, and a great morning already happening here at the Summersville Arena & Conference Center!

Come out today and check out fire apparatus, ambulances, rescue equipment, tools, training resources, services, and more. This is a great opportunity to meet vendors, compare equipment, network with other departments, and support the first year of the WV Fire Expo.

The WV Fire Expo is coming to Summersville THIS WEEKEND, and we are excited to welcome firefighters, fire officers, EMS providers, rescue personnel, vendors, families, and supporters from across West Virginia and beyond!

Come check out a great lineup of vendors featuring fire apparatus, ambulances, fire and rescue equipment, tools, services, training resources, and more. This is a great opportunity to see the latest equipment, meet industry vendors, network with other departments, and support the first year of what we hope will become an annual event for the West Virginia fire service.

Breakout sessions will be held June 19 and June 20, featuring REAL Fire Training and Doug Cline. These sessions will provide valuable fireground knowledge, leadership, tactics, and training ideas that attendees can take back to their departments.
