This job, which took place during winter/spring of 2025, involved a kitchen remodel, removing interior and exterior walls, a new deck and a screened porch addition. The homeowners led the way with an exceptional vision and excellent selections to really pull this project together!

We recently updated a master bathroom for some longtime customers of ours! A completely new shower, new bathroom flooring, and new painting. They wanted zero entry access into the shower, removal of tile from ceiling of old shower, and to move the niche and handheld over to the bench area to allow for more comfortable access. Homeowners decided they no longer wanted wallpaper, a steam shower, or their whirlpool tub. Perfect selections on their part for a beautifully updated look!
***It was also impressive to watch Amanzi Marble and Granite get a 10 foot piece of granite up the stairs, in one piece, with no boo boos!

Clients wanted a brand new, open design kitchen with a large island and new flooring. We eliminated one wall to help achieve the desired open design look. They also decided to add beams in the kitchen and family room to highlight their vaulted ceiling.

Our latest deck using Trex Transcend decking and the Trex Transcend handrail system - adding a few modifications to accommodate the angles the Owners desired on the deck and one set of steps.
On the screened porch, the Owners chose to use ScreenEze's new sliding door, which is a nice option to save space from the swing of a door. We are impressed with how well the door seals in order to keep insects out of the porch!
