What a successful Fair Clean Up & Exhibitor meeting we had this evening!
We just know this was a grand kickoff for a successful upcoming week!

Huge Thank You to FCNB for treating our kiddos to ice cream! We greatly appreciate you always supporting our kids and their hard work! The beauty of small towns!

Bring on the fair!!
See most of you for camper move in at 8am Sunday!

See you all this evening!!
Clean up @ 6pm!
Meeting @ 7pm!

All SMALL animal barn members:
This year our numbers are greatly up in the small animal barn! Although a great thing, our space will be more limited. With that being said, it is highly advised that you bring compact cages to accommodate the large number of animals within the small barn!

All Beef Cattle & Bucket Calf Families:
The beef barn will be look a little different and more FULL this year!!
On the back side of that barn the 7 sections on the end will be reserved for all DAIRY cattle.
In marking your spots it will be 2 cattle per section. We know this will make it a tighter squeeze than normal, but with larger numbers we need to try to fit the best we can.
Bucket calves are also up in numbers and will need to have 3 to a pen.

We appreciate your patience and willingness to fit everyone to make it a successful beef year!
We love to see a full barn!!

POULTRY EXHIBITORS

 ⬇️⬇️IMPORTANT INFORMATION BELOW ⬇️ ⬇️

There will be NO pullorum testing at the Meramec Community Fair. Your ONLY option to get your birds tested will be on May 17th @ 2:00pm at the Union fair grounds.

Exhibitor does not have to be present to get birds tested. They could have a parent, a friend, a neighbor, etc. bring the birds, but they must know the exhibitor’s address and phone number for the paperwork. If exhibitors do not have their test done, they will not be able to show at the fair.

The testing is good for 3 months so it will cover all exhibitors for Washington and Sullivan shows!
