Vendor applications are LIVE for the Sugar Loaf Fall Festival! 🍂

Planning is officially underway for our fall festival weekend on October 10 & 11, and we’re now accepting vendor applications.

Our Spring Festival applications came in fast and heavy, and several categories closed quickly. Vendor spaces are accepted first come, first served within each category, so don’t wait if you’re hoping to be part of the fall event.

We’re looking for handmade goods, artists and makers, local specialty foods, small-batch local products, and food trucks!

Sugar Loaf is such a special place in the fall, and we’re excited to bring another great festival weekend to the village.

A huge thank you to everyone who stuck with us through some truly questionable weather this weekend. ☔️

To our vendors: thank you for showing up, hanging in there, adapting, smiling, drying things off, and doing what small businesses do best: making it work.

To our visitors: thank you for not letting a little rain stop you. This afternoon finally brought us some drier skies, and sure enough… you came. And we are so grateful you did. 🤍

These festivals take a whole community to pull off, and this weekend was proof of that. It may not have been the easiest start, but Sugar Loaf showed up anyway… vendors, visitors, businesses, volunteers, and all.

A special thank you to the Town of Chester Police Department NY for their support throughout the weekend, helping keep things safe, organized, and running as smoothly as possible.

Thank you to everyone for sticking with us. We appreciate you more than you know. ✨

And because around here, when one festival ends… another one begins. 🍂

What a day… ❤️

A heartfelt THANK YOU to everyone who came out today in the cold and rain, stopped by my tent, and supported Abundantly Bundts. Your kindness, encouragement, and excitement truly warmed my heart more than you know.

I was completely elated watching some of you purchase one of every flavor — I hope you are enjoying each and every bite! 🥹

I’m incredibly humbled and grateful to share that, even with today’s weather, we sold over 50% of our inventory. That means the world to a small business built with love, passion, and a whole lot of butter, vanilla, and hope.

Tonight, I’m praying the forecast improves for tomorrow and for all of the amazing vendors who sacrificed, prepared, baked, created, packed, loaded, and showed up to share their passion with this community. Please continue to support these hardworking small businesses throughout the festival weekend.

Sugar Loaf Spring Festival is happening today and tomorrow (5/23-24) - and not even a little drippy rain can dampen our spirits! The whole hamlet is bursting with excitement, smiles, and amazing finds and delicious treats. Visit the many vendors, discover unique treasures in every shop, and soak up the joyful atmosphere. Be sure to stop by Eureka Books and More - our shop may be tiny, but it’s packed with surprises and smiles. Come join the fun!

No beach? 🏖️ No problem
No bbq? 🍔 We’ve got you!

We don’t shut down for a gray sky!!! And we REALLY want to see each and every one of you this weekend.

The vendors will be vendor-ing. 🛍️✨
The food will be food-ing. 🍔🌮🍩
The music will be playing. 🎶🎸

And Sugar Loaf will be doing what Sugar Loaf does best: showing up with charm, creativity, and a really good excuse to get out of the house. ☂️

So grab an umbrella, throw on the rain boots, and come make a day of it with us. ✨

We’ll have 85+ vendors, food galore, live music, and plenty of reasons not to sit home staring at the forecast.
