Friday August 8 - Food Trucks @4:30 & Live Band @ 7pm!

Join us for Sugar Grove’s favorite FREE summer concert series — now featuring Food Truck Fridays!

Bring the whole family out to enjoy live music, outdoor fun in the Kids Zone, and a rotating lineup of sweet and savory food trucks. It's the perfect way to kick off your weekend, connect with neighbors, and soak up the summer vibes.

Friday August 8: Heartache Tonight (classic rock; Eagles tribute band)

Thursday September 4: (rescheduled rain date from July 11: Cadillac Groove (Rock, R&B, Funk, Soul)

Know Before You Go:

- Food trucks will be parked at 10 S. Municipal Drive, from 4:30- 7 pm.
- Music performance is at the Library, 125 Municipal Drive, from 7:00 pm – 8:30 pm
- Ice cream truck open during the concert
- Bring your own lawn chair or blanket to watch the concert
- Outside food and drink are allowed
- Restrooms will be open inside the Library building until 9:00 pm
- Parking is available in the Library's front parking lot or across the street.
- Service animals are allowed.
- Please no bicycles, scooters, skateboards in the concert area.

No registration required! Free music!

The Sugar Grove Arts & Entertainment Committee is comprised of staff and volunteers from the Village of Sugar Grove, Sugar Grove Park District, Sugar Grove Township, Sugar Grove Chamber of Commerce, and the Sugar Grove Public Library District.

About the band:
Together since 2007, Heartache Tonight is without question the finest Eagles tribute in the country. The band performs songs from all eras and all incarnations of the Eagles, including many of the individual member’s hugely popular solo hits.

From the powerful guitar duel in “Hotel California” to the shimmering harmonies of “Peaceful Easy Feeling,” Heartache Tonight delivers a true Eagles concert experience. With meticulous attention to every detail, these six talented musicians reproduce live (no backing tracks!) all the memorable hits of this enormously popular rock powerhouse that is still going after five decades.

A Heartache Tonight performance is filled with moments designed to thrill classic rock fans: the soaring a ca****la harmonies of “Seven Bridges Road,” the snarling guitars of “Life In The Fast Lane,” the anthemic country rock of “Take It Easy,” and the beautifully evocative “Heart Of The Matter.”

Close your eyes and you’ll swear you’re hearing the real thing.

Due to inclement weather, Groovin’ in the Grove for tonight Friday July 11th has been cancelled for the safety of the performers, food trucks, and guests. We apologize for the inconvenience and
thank you for your understanding.

The rescheduled date is Thursday September 4.
Our next regularly scheduled event is Friday August 8.

Food trucks arrive by 4:30 p.m. and Cadillac Groove takes the stage at 7:00 p.m.

Join the Sugar Grove Arts & Entertainment Committee for a Perfect Family Outing, Friday June 13th! Food Truck Friday will be in the Sugar Grove Police Department’s parking lot and the Evening Concert will be at the Sugar Grove Library! The committee is comprised of Sugar Grove Chamber of Commerce, Village of Sugar Grove, Sugar Grove Park District, Township of Sugar Grove, & the Sugar Grove Public Library. The Sugar Grove Fire Protection District will also be hosting their open house!

NEW this year - June's concert will be on a Friday instead of Thursday, and will coincide with the the Village of Sugar Grove's Food Truck Friday and the Sugar Grove Fire District's Open House.

NEW this year is a Kids Zone area with outdoor activities!

The Sugar Grove Arts & Entertainment Committee invites you and your family to this FREE fun community gathering. Listen to great live music, visit with your neighbors, and try something new from a food truck or bring your own snacks.
