Hi friends. It’s been a while. Life has felt a little heavy and a lot busy lately. It’s been many months since I’ve shared a new fat quarter bundle or quilt kit here. Between everyday life, family, work, and all the things that fill our days, creativity has felt a little harder to find.
This morning, I took the kids strawberry picking, and somewhere between the sunshine, fresh berries, and sticky little hands, I felt that spark again.
When we got home, I ate a few strawberries, freshly picked from Heider’s Berry Farm and then headed straight to the studio and started pulling fabrics for a new low-volume fat quarter bundle. I always love soft prints and low volume backgrounds. Putting this collection together felt like reconnecting with a piece of myself that I’ve been missing. I haven’t sewn in months, but sometimes inspiration shows up when you least expect it. I just listed this bundle, called Summer Strawberries, if you’re feeling a little creative spark!
