1st place, a SUPERIOR rating, beautiful singing, and riding roller coasters made an amazing day for the Berne Union Choral Program. A special congratulations to junior Will Venrick for being awarded best vocal solo across all classes and categories at our competition! A huge thank you to our bus staff, chaperones, music boosters, and BU administration for making our weekend happen!

We made it! After a picnic style dinner (thanks to our choir parents and boosters for donating), we had one final rehearsal and a choir huddle. We are excited to compete tomorrow morning! Wish us luck (and a good night’s sleep)! Stay tuned for updates tomorrow! 🎵

This Sunday! We hope you’ll come out to support music at Berne Union this Sunday for our Spring Concert! The choirs will present our annual spring concert at 3:30PM (band concert at 2:00). The concert is free and open to the public. Come hear choirs and student soloists perform familiar tunes as we swing into spring! See you there 🎶

Congratulations to Berne Union Choir member, William Venrick for being selected to participate in the Ohio Music Education Association 2024 All-State Choir! Over 1200 students from across the state auditioned.
Will is the first student in Berne Union History to receive this honor. Moreover, he was selected as a featured singer in a small group soli during one piece of music.
