Join us this Tuesday, April 9th as we remember those we've lost due to gun violence in the City of Suffolk. Starting at 5PM, walk with us as we march through downtown, kicking off behind the Mills Godwin Courthouse, 150 N. Main Street, Suffolk, VA. Participants are encouraged to bring signage to carry during the walk. The peaceful walk will circle through downtown on the sidewalks, ending at 6PM inside Lokee Restaurant, 130 W. Washington Street, Suffolk, VA, where a memorial will take place for those we've recently lost in the city due to gun violence. Open Mic will be available for sign-up as you enter the restaurant, to honor your loved one, spoken word poetry, singing, and more. Feel free to share the event at: Suffolk, VA: Walk to Stop Gun Violence
