Weโ€™re thrilled to share that The Suffield Players have received a $20,000 grant from the Amiel and Mary Anne Zak Public Service Fund through the Greater Hartford Gives Foundation in support of our โ€œRock the Lotโ€ campaign!

This incredible gift brings us OVER halfway toward our $40,000 goal to improve the Mapleton Hall parking lot โ€” helping make our historic home safer, more accessible, and more welcoming for everyone who visits.

We are deeply grateful to the Greater Hartford Gives Foundation for investing in community arts and accessibility, and to everyone who has already donated and supported this project. Every contribution brings us one step closer to completing these much-needed improvements.

Read more about the Greater Hartford Gives grants in the Patch article below and stay tuned for more updates as we continue to rock the lot together!

Twelve local organizations received grants for projects ranging from public safety equipment to historic preservation and youth programs.
