The last 8 1/2 years have been amazing with Zumba. I started out renting 2 spaces which transformed into signing 2 different leases for studios. When that became difficult due to other gyms opening in the area, I closed the studio and worked at Retro fitness where I was so blessed to have so many of you follow me. When covid closed Retro, again I was so blessed that many of you did quarantine Zumba with me and then outdoors. I couldn’t be more blessed to have had 8 1/2 amazing years and met so many great people.

With that being said… my time has come to an end. My last and final Zumba class will be on Halloween Sunday October 31 - 90 min class from 11:00-12:30 with a lunch afterwards in my kitchen!

Price: $20 outside/ $10 virtual

The raindate will be Wednesday November 3 from 5:30-7 with a dinner afterwards!

(I will finish out my virtual contract will the library so no need to ask about that)

**NEW WARM UP on the pre-recorded classes on my website!**

Every Monday I change the videos and the password.. so you have from Monday around 1pm to the following Monday at 1pm to do (2) regular Zumba videos and (1) Zumba Toning video for only $10!! You can watch them as many times in those 7 days!

The videos change each week too! I have 22 Zumba videos and 5 toning videos pre-recorded that I switch out and that number keeps growing!
I also have a separate section for my body burn class with one video for only $6 for the week.

You would log onto www.rocklanddancefitness.com and click “on demand Zumba” and put in the password you would pay me for. It’s that easy!
