This past weekend, I headed over to the one and only Spray Rodeo! I had the best time meeting so many wonderful people and experiencing Spray for the very first time. While the adventure started with plenty of roadwork, I truly couldn’t have asked for a better first road trip and rodeo experience!

On Saturday, Chili and I participated in the parade, making our way through town twice before heading into Grand Entry. We were awarded a ribbon for chili being so pretty! For grand entry we proudly wore all the red, white, and blue while honoring those who gave their lives in service to our country.

Sunday, I was lucky enough to borrow an incredible queen horse from my friend Morgan Brownell! Custer absolutely knew his job and carried me through Grand Entry with so much elegance and confidence.

In between all the excitement, I attended the Queens Luncheon where many competitive games of spoons were played, enjoyed some beautiful evening rides with incredible sunsets, and even got to catch up with the best Morgan trio I grew up showing with!

Thank you Spray Rodeo, for such a memorable weekend. I’m already looking forward to next time!
