Upgrade number two is complete, and our Sturgeon Fairgrounds are now equipped with new LED lights, graciously provided by Stidham Electric and Boone Electric Community Trust. This fantastic upgrade will elevate our rodeo experience, and we look forward to seeing you there on August 14th and 15th, less than two months from now.

Significant upgrades are underway at our rodeo facility this year. The new announcer's stand has been completed today and is ready for use during the event. Installation of new lighting is scheduled for next week, followed by an upgrade to our sound system. These long-overdue enhancements are a testament to our commitment to growth and excellence. We appreciate the support of our valued patrons in making these improvements possible and look forward to showcasing our progress with Bar H Rodeo on August 14th and 15th.

We are currently seeking a prominent title sponsor for our event. In exchange for your support, your company will receive prominent banner placement above the end gate, strategically positioned where horses enter and exit the arena, as well as an additional banner displayed on the fence. Furthermore, we invite companies with branded vehicles to showcase them prior to the rodeo, and offer the opportunity to participate in the barrel racing event by transporting barrels to and from the arena.

We are seeking additional sponsors for the upcoming rodeo event scheduled for August 14th and 15th. Building on the significant success of last year's event, we aim to further grow and develop this year's edition. Although our $1,000 sponsorship packages are currently unavailable, we are open to discussing customized advertising opportunities for investments of this magnitude. We still have limited opportunities available for $1,500 bucking chute sponsors and welcome sponsors of any other amount. Your support is greatly appreciated, and we look forward to seeing you at the event.
