Rodeo fans we had a great first night here in Sturgeon last night. Tonight it’s going to be even bigger and better. We only ask one thing of our fans tonight! When closing ceremonies start and you see that American flag and hear Toby Keith playing we need you to sing along loud and proud, that’s all we ask for!!

We look forward to seeing everyone again tonight for night number 2 of the Sturgeon Summer Days Rodeo!

We found a wallet under the bleachers this morning if you’re missing one let us know. You’ll have to describe it and what’s in it and we’ll return it to you!

We’re two days away from rodeo action. Here’s a map of the layout. It’ll look the same as last year but bigger and better!

Rodeo contestants with trailers here’s a little note for you!

Just a heads up for everyone hauling a trailer, Robinson Road will be closed for entry, so you’ll need to come in a different way.

Coming from CC:
Stay on Canada Street to Ogden Street and take a left. Go to Davis Street and take another left. Follow Davis around onto Turner Street, then follow it around to Jones Street. Jones will take you straight into the parking lot.

Coming from Highway 22:
Turn onto Audrain Street and come through town. Take a right on Davis Street and follow it around onto Turner and then Jones Street. That’ll take you right into the parking lot.

These will be the easiest routes for trucks and trailers. Please share this with any contestants coming in so everybody knows where to go!
