Anderson Studios Andy and Janet Anderson The Anderson Music Studio provides piano and trumpet music education/lessons and is available for ceremonies and performances.

We provide accompaniment for all levels of performers in the Sturgeon Bay and surrounding areas. Both piano and trumpet studios have openings for new students. We always welcome new performance opportunities in Door County. Please call or write for more information.

We are very grateful for new, different, better doors opening to us:
~ Weddings in Door Co and beyond for both Andy and Janet!
~ Our band (Mama J and the Praise Hounds) is bringing joyful praise music to new congregations. Hainesville Lutheran this month, Prince of Peace in October.
~ Contracting with music teachers at local schools to play for concerts and festivals.
~ The Peninsula Singers finally starting back up after Covid with Janet at the piano.
~ Very happy to see both new and returning faces come into the piano studio this fall. We are eager to get back to both smaller performance opportunities and annual recitals!

What a fantastic day at the So Door district solo/ensemble festival!

Here are the results of the AMS entries:

We had students in 3 Class A events this year and they all received *1sts and are headed to state!
trumpet solo, piano solo and piano trio

Class C: all 3 piano solos got a 1sts!

We are SO proud of these young musicians!
