After 15 years as Santa and a bit of a forced retirement for this year, I'm missing it terribly, the children, the fun, and the travel. As my health has improved markedly (and I expect that to continue), I'm now thinking that I might well open my booking calendar come February for the 2026 holiday season. New suits and props are relatively easy to come by. The hair is growing back, and a beard would follow. A few changes would seem necessary as aging does create some limitations and consequences. No longer trying to fill a calendar in a short season, most appearances in the 2–4-hour range and some emphasis on traveling to markets that Santa and I personally would like to visit as well. I'm also interested in any feedback should you have any...If you have booked me in the past, would you in the future?

As most of you know, this Santa retired after the 2024 Christmas season. At this time, one of my former clients has a need to fill approximately 3 daily appearances during this year's 9 day event. It is with great sadness that I have decided not to open my booking calendar for 2025 and instead shave my beard, cut my hair, and retire my sleighbells. I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of my clients, elves, helpers, individual supporters, and friends for their support and patronage over the last 15 years. Most of all I want to thank the more than 50,000 children that I have visited for their smiles, belief in Santa and the celebration of the most special of birthday's. It has not always been easy, but it certainly has been a ton of fun. I will be selling my professional quality Santa suits and props, so inquiries are welcome. Thank you, it has been a great ride. 🎅

The countdown has begun with less than 24 hours remaining until my Christmas Eve liftoff at 4am EST. Like we usually do, areas of the S. Pacific will begin our trek and it looks like Rudolf will be leading the charge. 🎅🎅🎅

Santa will be finishing the season with a flourish. Beginning tonight, he is booked solid with visits to Harrisonburg, Roanoke, Staunton, Waynesboro and Augusta County through Dec. 23rd, then back to the North Pole for a brief rest before the big trip. Bernard (head elf) tells me that the elves are quickly finishing their work, Curtis (Bernard's asst.) says all preparations for sleigh lift-off are almost complete. Judy (North Pole chocolatier) is done with this year's cocoa recipe, and the reindeer are fat, happy, and chomping at the bit. As we get closer to the big day, Santa will be posting Norad's links to follow his journey around the world. I'm getting excited just think about this. 🎅👍🦌🦌🦌🦌🦌🦌🦌🦌🛴🚲🛻🚂
