Tatum Family Christmas Lights This is a synchronized Christmas light display operating on a FM transmitter to allow visitors to stop and listen to the music while watching the lights.

We are sad to announce that we will not be able to have our Christmas Light Show this year due to health issues. The decision was not an easy one as we know how much joy it brings to so many. We appreciate all of those that have offered to make it happen, but it would still be a strain on the main guy that brings it all together. Please say lots of prayers for that special man for complete healing! We know that God hears everyone’s prayers! Thank you all for your understanding and may God Bless you all through the Holiday season and the upcoming year!

WELL!!!! That was quick!! Whew!! The power is now on. THANKS to AEP and the fire department for taking care of the issue!!

We have a widespread power outage in our area tonight. So the Christmas lights are off for tonight. I just received a text from AEP that expected restoration is tomorrow evening at 9:30pm. We’re hoping that it will be earlier.

We hope everyone had a Happy Thanksgiving Day. This year we needed extra help to get our lights set up and working. We had an outpouring of friends and coworkers volunteer their assistance for this task. We sincerely appreciate everyone that offered and came by to help. Thank you to Curtis Busick, Tommy Dickerson, Cameron Tatum, Kevin Carter, Nelson Stanley, David Stanley, and Buddy Coleman for their tremendous help this year.
Our lights will start tonight, Friday, November 24. They will run through January 1st. They are set to begin every evening at 6:00, run until 11:00 Sunday-Thursday, and until 12:00 Friday and Saturday. Tune your radio to FM 101.3. You may pull into the yard, driveway, or in the field across the road from our house. Please DON’T stop in the road. We’re located at 3930 Ayers Orchard Road, Stuart, VA.

We hope everyone had a Happy Thanksgiving Day. Over the past several days, we have been setting up our annual synchronized Christmas light display. I would like to thank Buddy Coleman for his tremendous help again this year. He helps setting them up and taking them down every year. We very much appreciate his help.
We always plan to get our lights started on Friday after Thanksgiving, however we did get them started tonight. They will run through January 1st. They are set to begin every evening at 6:00, run until 11:00 Sunday-Thursday, and until 12:00 Friday and Saturday. Tune your radio to FM 101.3. Is it just me or did this year just fly by. We hope everyone is doing well and had a Happy Thanksgiving. It’s that time of year to start our annual Christmas lights. We’ve been working on them over the past several days. Again, this year I want to thank some awesome folks that help to make this possible. Buddy Coleman, our daughter Cassie Carter, and our son Cameron Tatum, so Thanks for your tremendous help in getting everything set up. It sure makes it a lot easier when several work together.
