The beauty of ballet is not only in its grace and artistry.

It builds lean muscle, develops strength, stamina, and agility: it develops a dancer's muscles year by year, honing a child into a young athlete who can easily switch disciplines thanks to the training of movement patterns and exercises that use the same muscles as baseball, basketball, soccer, maartial arts, and other forms of dance.

Ballet is one of THE best activities young people (or any of us) can do to benefit overall physical fitness and gain skills that apply to a wide variety of discliplines.

Looking for a way to help your child build focus, discipline, balance, coordination, stamina, agility, and confidence, while at the same time developing athleticism, musicality, and creative expression in a fun social setting?

Ballet does it all!

Our Fundraising table at Homestead last week. :)
We have locally roasted Cowboy Coffee (Ballet Themed), Valentines gift baskets and gift mugs ($8 and up), and student--made items such as candles, beaded jewelry, keychains, and wooden hangers.
Please come by next Saturday, or purchase through FB. We can meet to deliver in Eureka, Fortine, Trego, and maybe Kalispell, depending on the day :)
All proceeds go to the ballet program, and tuition needs are our top priority. We currently have students in both our conditioning/exercise classes as well as our regular instructional classes who benefit from our fundraising program.
