How it started ➡ How it’s going (so far)…

What was wrong:
❌ Flat, floating design with no flow to the body
❌ Shaky lines, awkward proportions, and no depth
❌ Disconnected elements that didn’t tell a complete story

What I did:
✅ Rebuilt the skull with proper structure & shading
✅ Integrated a freehand octopus to create movement & flow
✅ Locked in bold blacks, smooth gradients, and negative space for long-term impact

From a “sticker on skin” to a full on statement piece — and the best part? We ain’t even done yet. 🐙💀

Not every tattoo needs to be reimagined. Some images already say everything that needs to be said. This wasn’t my original design- but it spoke to my client, deeply. And when something hits that hard, my job isn’t to change it, it’s to honor it. That’s exactly what we did.
