Please be aware that the Pocono State Craft Festival is not sending out e mails soliciting vendors at Quiet Valley Living Historical Farm. The show is full, and we are taking applications for the waiting list by going to www.poconocrafts.com/apply and following the instructions to apply through Entry Thingy or by paper application. Our deadline is June 5.

Quiet Valley Living Historical Farm has been made aware of fraudulent emails being sent regarding vendor spaces for a supposed seven day craft festival with various dates.

These emails are NOT from Quiet Valley, and the dates referenced are not events associated with our organization. Please do not send money or payment information in response to these messages.

Official vendor communication from Quiet Valley will only come through our verified channels and official email addresses. For example (name).org

If you receive one of these emails, please block and delete it. DO NOT SEND MONEY or RESPOND TO MESSAGES ABOUT ACCOUNT INFO! You may also forward a screenshot to us to help us document the scam.

Please help us spread the word by sharing this post. Let us know immediately if you receive one of these emails with the name of the sender at [email protected].

We are still considering applications for the wait list; sometimes last minute events in artisans' lives will cause them to cancel their participation in the show. That's when we turn to our wait list. Accepting applications until June 5.

The first jury for the Pocono State Crafts Festival 2026 is coming up on March 15! Get your application in soon-- notification will go out within two weeks of March 15 and booth assignments will begin after payment of show fees.
