Still interested in owning Pocolandia?
After my previous post, I realized a lot of people assumed there was only one way to move forward with Pocolandia. There isn't.

If you're an entrepreneur, you already know there are a dozen ways to structure a good business deal; an outright purchase is one option, owner financing is another. A structured buyout over time may make sense, or the right operating partner with the right investment may make sense. Every situation is different.

Pocolandia’s special SUMMER HOURS are back 80°+ temps headed our way 👀

🌅 Morning Play:
9AM – 12PM

🌙 Twilight Hours:
5PM – 8PM

The families who’ve been through a Pocono summer already know:
midday heat + bored kids + being stuck at home is a dangerous combination. 😂

And between the heat, humidity, air quality alerts, and allergies going absolutely feral right now… indoor play just makes sense.

So we’re opening early and staying open later so the kids can climb, run, play, and get the zoomies out BEFORE the hottest part of the day — or once the evening cooldown hits.

🚨 SUMMER MEMBERSHIPS ARE OPENING 🚨

Families who grab theirs now will lock in the best access to our early morning and twilight play hours before the full membership rollout later this season.
