Storytelling At Stroud - SAS A group that promotes, informs, instructs, a new generation in loving oral storytelling and related art forms in and around Stroud, Oklahoma.

Stroud's SAS partners with the Stroud Arts Center, the Territory Tellers of Oklahoma, and other groups to bring training events, story concerts, and more to the Stroud, Oklahoma. Storytelling is an art form enjoyed at all ages from very young to the very aged. It can be simple and quiet or rowdy and active! It can teach, incite deep thoughts, and communicate history, language use, and socially pos

From the land of Stroud:

Oct. 27th, (4th Thurs.) there will be two storytelling events. 6-6:45 p.m. will be family friendly story telling suitable for children on seasonal themes and slightly spooky tales. The church is planning to offer games and refreshments in the fellowship hall for the children after this session. This will make room for the next session. .At 7 to about 8::00/8:30 p.m. will be stories for adults and teens of a spookier nature.

Nov.3, (4th Thurs.) at 7 p.m. we will have a casual and comfortable "TELLABRATION".

Location is the educational building (Parlor) of the United Methodist Church in Stroud, Ok. Email me with questions. Thanks!
