10 years of ballet — and we’re just getting started!

This season marks a very special milestone for A Leg Up Ballet Academy: our Decade Season!

For 10 years, our studio has been filled with first pliés, big accomplishments, beautiful performances, lasting friendships and countless memories.

And today, we’re officially ONE WEEK away from beginning another year at the barre.

We can’t wait to welcome our dancers back on September 8 and celebrate A Decade of Dance all season long.

Here’s to where we started, how far we’ve come and everything still ahead! 💗

Ballet is about so much more than learning the steps

From building confidence and discipline to improving coordination, posture, flexibility and balance, the benefits of ballet reach far beyond the studio. Each class gives dancers the opportunity to challenge themselves, strengthen their bodies, sharpen their minds and celebrate their progress along the way.

These are skills that don’t stay at the barre. They can help dancers grow in the classroom, in other activities and in everyday life.
